In Hinduism, the Sanat Kumaras are known as first mind-born sons of the creator Lord Brahma. They are the earliest creation for lord Brahma for the expansion of the universe.
Their names are:
Sanaka
Sanatana
Sanandana
Sanatkumara
They received a boon from Lord Brahma to remain forever five years old so that they can detach from materialistic desires and maintain their sattva (purity). They refused Lord Brahma’s proposal to assist him in the creation of the universe and to be progenitors.
The four brothers chose to remain Brahmacharis (celibates). They devoted themselves to worship of Lord Vishnu and received his grace. These four brothers are considered as supreme spiritual guides and well known for their spiritual knowledge and yogic teachings. They taught sage Narada about Atman (nature of the eternal self), bhakti (devotion) and moksha (liberation). The teaching of Sanatkumara to Narada is mentioned in the Chandogya Upanishad.
