How to meditate?
Pick a calm and comfortable place in your home where you won’t be interrupted
Sit in a comfortable meditative posture like Sukhasana (Easy Pose) on mat or ground.
Now, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly.
Start with 5-10 minutes daily and add just a minute or two each week.
Why do I have so many thoughts while meditating?
It is normal to have many thoughts while meditating. Our mind is constantly active and thoughts are natural brain activity. Meditation is the practice to bring inner peace to your mind, getting carried away by your thoughts.
But consistency is the Key. With Regular practice we can improve our meditation session. Be kind to yourself and continue to practice meditation.
