How should I do?
Sit in a comfortable meditative posture in Sukhasana (Easy Pose).
Join the tips of your thumb, ring finger, and little finger by keeping the index and middle fingers straight.
Now, close your eyes and focus on your breath. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly.
Start with 5-10 minutes daily and add just a minute or two each week
